These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Clean Assemble’s website and services, including cleaning, handyman assembly and custom home projects booked across Australia. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Bookings & Quotes
Quotes provided for standard cleaning and handyman services are based on the information supplied at the time of booking. Custom projects receive a fixed, itemised quote following a site visit. Prices may be adjusted if the scope of work changes materially from what was originally described.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Standard bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us as early as possible.
- Recurring cleaning plans have no lock-in contract and can be paused, adjusted or cancelled at any time.
- Custom project bookings may be subject to cancellation terms outlined in the individual project agreement.
3. Access & Property
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for the scheduled service. Our team will take reasonable care of your property and belongings, and any damage caused by our team will be assessed and addressed in line with our insurance coverage.
4. Insurance & Liability
All cleaners, handymen and tradespeople working with Clean Assemble are covered by public liability insurance. While we take every care to deliver quality work, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service provided, except where limitation is not permitted by Australian Consumer Law.
5. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Standard services are generally payable on completion. Commercial and custom project clients may be offered invoicing terms as agreed in writing.
6. Bond-Back & Service Guarantees
Where a specific guarantee applies to a service (such as our End of Lease bond-back guarantee), the terms of that guarantee are outlined on the relevant service page and apply in addition to these general terms.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page.
